Opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a successful advisory firm in Solihull, supporting one of the Directors on a 1:1 basis providing administration, diary management and client support.


You will be responsible for:-

  • Diary management
  • Arranging client meetings
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries with clients/providers
  • Administration tasks such as filing/scanning/faxing
  • Client schedules, including valuations
