Are you a successful Administrator who is looking to work in a well-rounded and appreciated team for a successful independent financial adviser practice based in a small village in West Yorkshire?

Day to day role will be supporting the Advisers in the provision of financial planning advice to clients both private and corporate, you shall be involved with data input of fact find information and documentation onto the back-office system IRESS - Adviser Office so knowledge and previous use of this would be ideal. You will be diarising events throughout the business cycle as well as producing new business packs and preparation for client meetings, further to this producing client portfolio review information and presenting this with meeting packs.

Ideally you will have background rebalancing and switching client portfolios as well as ensuring that the back-office system records are fully updated to enable accurate providing precise and current management information and reports.

Essential requirements for this client are that they are looking for practical experience within an IFA environment. Further to this experience of an office admin support role, to be able to work on own initiative with great attention to detail. A strong use of interpersonal skills, drive and energy as well as being motivated by working in a fast-paced environment.
