Are you an Administrator looking for regular training and development opportunities and unrivalled progression? Are you looking to progress into a Trainee Paraplanner role in the near future? My client is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their independent, client centric firm in central London.

The Company

My client is a small, independent firm based in London. Their qualified and experienced Advisers provide a bespoke advice in investments, pensions and protection. They are looking for an IFA Administrator to support their team and provide efficient and timely provision.

Responsibilities

  • New business processing - online processing and by post for all life and pension business
  • Provide general ad-hoc support to Advisers and Paraplanners as required
  • General office and administration (post, stationery ordering, phone calls, visitor reception, setting meetings and appointments)
  • Liaise with clients and providers during progress of applications and ad-hoc enquiries -producing/sending letters and via phone calls/emails

To be successful you will need

  • From an IFA background would be advantageous
  • Experience of supporting Adviser with Administrator
  • Any knowledge of pensions, investments and protection ideal
  • Experience within a financial services background preferable

If successful, you will benefit from
