We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a chartered firm in City of London.

Role

You will be working in a small team of financial services administrators, providing administration for the firm's Advisers.

You will have previous experience working in financial services-based company, preferably an IFA. Ideally you will have experience using XPLAN and/or Adviser Office (also known as Avelo or 1st Software) and should be confident dealing with high net worth private clients. Preferably, you will already have experience with WRAP platforms.

This is a position that requires a key team player and someone who is readily available to deal with different tasks throughout their working day. Is this you?

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to advisers and Paraplanners
  • Processing new business
  • Implementing advice given to clients
  • Liaising with product providers and clients
  • Basic report writing

To be successful you will need

  • The requisite knowledge for the role being undertaken
  • Similar experience of supporting Advisers in an office admin support role within an IFA environment
  • To be able to work on own initiative with great attention to detail
  • To be motivated by working in a fast-paced environment
  • To be organised and able to prioritise
