IFA Administrator

Idex Consulting have a new opportunity for an IFA administrator to join a large IFA Practice in Glasgow.

You will be part of a team providing support eight financial advisers, which includes the company directors

o Prepare suitability reports
o Using Iress system and a variety of platforms
o Obtain quotes, illustrations, product information and appropriate paperwork
o Prepare annual reviews/valuations
o Process new business
o Liaise with providers
o Deal with client queries

You must have 2-3 years experience as an IFA administrator to be successful in your application.
