Up to £40,000 (Depending on experience)

An independent Insurance Broker are looking for a Customer Service professional to manage a growing and dynamic team of customer service agents in Wolverhampton.

The Role
Leading a team of up to 40 Customer Service Handlers, you will deliver an effective service to the business, driving a customer centric approach and improving the overall customer journey.
