Partnered with a leading broking and advisory business who are looking to recruit 2x Associates into their team to support with continued growth. The successful candidate will be managing and supporting with the management of an existing portfolio of employee benefits clients with the aim of providing the highest standards of support and service.

This is a relationship and client service position and you will be providing broking support, benefit consulting and advice to the client facing teams and the organisations they work with:

The role:

  • Collaboration with Senior Associates and other members of the team to deliver high quality service
  • Partnering with new business producers and other members of the team to provide high quality service to clients by effective, efficient and proactive account management on a daily basis
  • Negotiating with insurance providers to improve services and terms to the benefit of our clients
  • Providing superior technical and employee benefit consulting services in the international space

The Requirements


  • Employee benefits industry experience, in an Associate capacity; the relevant background should include company paid individual and SME schemes
  • Experience working within a Broker or Insurer, with knowledge of the International PMI or group risk space
  • Comprehensive and up-to-date technical knowledge and practical experience in the areas of employee benefits, FCA requirements and provider electronic offerings etc.
  • Demonstrable evidence in your work history of excellent client service provision
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritisation skills are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think laterally
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) Educated to degree level or equivalent


  • The ideal candidate will ideally hold the IF7 Healthcare CII examination
