Have you got telephone customer service experience? Are you interested in getting into financial services?

I am working on an opportunity with a global organisation who are keen to train people to be experts in their field. You will need to be able to get to the Bristol office daily, where they have free parking on site. They are offering full training to the successful individual and funding to all professional qualifications.

  • Liaise with colleagues, other departments, clients and product providers to ensure that requirements of the business and agreed deadlines are met
  • Working in a team to provide a first class administration service to both internal and external clients
  • Assisting with client requests, queries and dealing with routine correspondence and annual review notifications
  • Liaising with Associate Consultants, Consultants, administration/technical teams and Insurers/providers for new business quotations and information
  • General day-to-day administration, ensuring all forms of post are dealt with accurately and efficiently
  • Notification and organisation of documentation dispatched by providers following deaths/leavers/fund switches
  • Following processes and recommend improvements to current processes and procedures in dealing with clients efficiently and cost effectively
  • Dealing with clients and colleagues in writing and on the telephone in a professional manner
  • Working to specific time deadlines and service levels agreed with clients and line management
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and to quality standards
  • Maintaining an awareness of service levels provided to the client and managing work load/costing in reflection of this. logging time spent via time sheet management
  • Assist with identifying where client profitability could be improved or new business opportunities for the Consultants to follow up
  • Providing information to internal sources with regards to client's when requested to enable fees to be invoiced accurately and in a timely manner
  • Task/diary management - Yours and that of client requests
  • Undertake appropriate CPD as agreed during performance reviews to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills
  • Ensure all work carried out and all communications with clients are in accordance with our compliance procedures and anti-money laundering procedures are followed

To be successful:

  • Good standard of general education including Maths and English
  • Ensures that individually and as a firm we "treat customers fairly"
  • Proven telephone/client interaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Excellent organisation skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
