My client are an award-winning national independent financial advisory practice who holds their head office in Huddersfield. They are currently looking for a Junior Paraplanner to join their team and work with their Financial Planners providing excellent service with administration and paraplanning to both their Advisers and their clients.

The Role

You will be expected to support Independent Financial Advisers on all financial planning products supporting them throughout the client journey from registering their clients for new business to selecting and researching products and writing suitability letters that present the findings. You will work in a compliant manner supported by the team and report directly into the Head of Technical who Manages their team in a softer managerial approach allowing you to work with autonomy and control your own diary. You will be working on all aspects of financial planning including cash flow modelling, IHT and Trusts and DB Transfers.


You will require strong communcation skills and be able to manage your time effectively working to service level agreements, you will also need to demonstrate the ability of working on your own as well as of part of a team and be able to work in a compliant efficient manner. Experience working with Financial Advisers is ideal however full training will be provided as well as the the drive and passion to succeed within the wealth management industry with the aim to complete your Diploma in Financial Planning within 12 to 18 months being financial supported by the business.
