They are hiring for a Lead Business Partner – Expenses, reporting directly into the Head of Global Business Partnering, as part of an exciting evolution within their finance structure.

Role: Lead Business Partner – Expenses
Salary: Up to £115,000 base
Reporting Line: Head of Global Business Partnering
Reason for Hire: Part of a new target operating model and recent changes to the expenses team structure
The newly structured Expenses function now consists of three core areas:

Change & Partnering
Business Partnering – where this role sits
You’ll be part of a 22-person team focused on driving the expense strategy and acting as a key link between finance and the business. This position involves challenging stakeholders, working closely with executive and strategy teams, and understanding how expenses tie into the broader insurance cycle – particularly relevant in the current hard market.
Ideal Profile:
Strong background in expense management
Experience within the insurance/Lloyd’s market preferred
Confident business partner, able to influence and challenge at senior levels
