My client is a leading mortgage and financial planning network, looking to appoint 2 Mortgage and Protection Reviewers to support the Head of Quality with effective management of risk via the first line of defence through review of member files for suitability of advice

Key responsibilities

  • Review allocated cases to assess suitability of advice and adherence to TCF principles, recording activity and outcomes
  • To build positive, beneficial relationships with Advisers through regular contact and feedback provided to them
  • Reporting any breaches
  • Identification and communication of potential Adviser training needs
  • Support Head of Quality with the effective monitoring of team quality standards through audit activity to support production of performance KPIs and business reporting to support effective management of root cause analysis and risk
  • To undertake any additional adhoc duties when necessary in order to support the business in achieving its overall objectives

Qualifications
Essential:

  • Good standard of education (5 GCSE's or equivalent grade C or above)
  • CF6 or full CeMAP

Desirable:

  • ER-1 - Equity Release
  • Level 4 Financial Services qualification or working towards
