What they need from you:
You'll need to have managed large teams within a general insurance contact centre setting, ideally within personal lines. (100+FTE)
You will be able to evidence delivery of material improvements in customer experience and service metrics in highly regulated environment.
You must demonstrate a high level of understanding of resource planning, being able to interpret resource plans and drive change.
People development - You will lead, motivate and inspire.
