Looking for local opportunities near Crawley? My client, a Chartered, 'top 100' IFA is looking a Paraplanner for a brand-new role based in their stunning offices in Crawley.

The Client
My client is a client-centric IFA with a focus on managing private wealth and a clear approach to state-of-the-art financial planning and a proven, evidence-based investment strategy.

In your role as Paraplanner with my client, you will be working as part of our lively and friendly client support team, you will be responsible for providing full paraplanning services to our Financial Planners, role includes very occasional to London (all expenses paid).


  • Using in-house and external software to research the market for the most appropriate product for the client
  • Using templates to create suitability reports and updating of templates as necessary
  • Presenting suitability reports to Financial Planners
  • Providing a summary of product analysis to Financial Planners and compliance
  • Uploading new business details on to platform provider accounts, printing out applications and literature
  • Inputting data into 'Voyant', updating 'Voyant' post meetings and producing 'Voyant' reports

To be successful you will need

  • Diploma level qualified essential
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, '1st' software and fully IT literate
  • High level of technical knowledge
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy are paramount
  • Ability to plan workloads and manage conflicting demands and deadlines, with a keen and flexible attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Great communication skills, highly motivated with the will to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment and a strong team player
  • Knowledge of 'Voyant', 'Fastrak' and 'Selecta Pension' would be desirable
