This high quality, fee-based financial planning team provides wealth and financial planning to private and corporate clients and carry an image and reputation around professionalism and trust with the clients which is paramount. As part of an ongoing plan to deliver outstanding client service they have a vacancy for an experienced Paraplanner to join their team in Glasgow.


Assisting in the provision of financial planning and advice to prospective and existing HNW clients.


  • To create financial planning reports
  • To develop and maintain the appropriate technical and market awareness knowledge in order to assist the Financial Planners in providing effective advice
  • To record and maintain information on intelligent office in order to allow work to be logged, tracked and internal records / management information to be kept up-to-date
  • To develop and maintain report writing and communication skills to enable effective communications with the client
  • To undertake work of a project-based nature as and when required to do so

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience of working in Financial Services in a financial planning, research or technical capacity
  • Minimum of Diploma qualified and ideally holds either AF3/AF7/G60
  • Committed to obtaining Chartered Status
  • Good writing skills
  • Evidence of technical competence
  • IT skills including use of laptop/ desktop computing, Microsoft Office (or equivalent) and database (CRM) management and preferably Intelligent Office
