Do you work in insurance and would be interested in a Customer Service/Renewal Advisor opportunity in which can earn you up to £27,500? How about working for a highly regarded, leading Independent Broker who offer one of the best benefit packages in the market?

Joining a Cambridgeshire based Insurance Broker as a Personal Lines Account Handler, you will be an integral part of the customer service team, ensuring clients are kept happy, renewal invites are sent out in a timely manner, as well as carry out MTAs and renewals.

You will also look to cross-sell/up-sell additional insurance products to existing clients, as well as work towards targets set by the company. You will also be accountable for carrying out claims with customers.


A very competitive salary of up to £21,000 is available, however you can comfortable earn up to £27,500 OTE dependent upon performance. You will also be entitled a market leading benefits package including 25 days paid holiday, free car parking and support towards insurance qualifications.

To be considered, you should have experience within a customer service based role, ideally within insurance but this is not essential. A general interest in insurance is a must as there are opportunities to progress within the company.
