There's nothing quite as special as being a parent, watching your children grow up to become respectable, good natured adults. Without you, they may not understand right from wrong or how to get the best out of life. You're caring and like to apply these skills whilst at work too. You have a natural instinct for helping your employee's become better at what they do.

This is why you're a Manager with track record of leading successful insurance teams. We are working closely with a credible, personal lines insurance business in Northampton who are looking for an individual that has a passion for management and would be interested in heading up an already successful customer services team.

How will you be an asset to this organisation?

  • As an important member of the business, you will work closely with the senior team to define, set and deliver the strategic aims of the company. You'll lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors to become better at what they do. Across your team, you'll look to maximise renewal retention, cross-sell opportunities whilst minimising lapses
  • As the Customer Services Team Leader, you want your team to feel valued right? This is why you'll monitor, develop and manage the incentive/bonus systems as required

As we know the best people in the market rarely look for a new role, what's in it for you?

  • For all your hard work, you'll be rewarded with a basic salary up to £35,000 (dependent upon experience)
  • 25 days paid holiday in addition to bank holidays plus your birthday off
  • Bonuses paid on performance
  • Full support towards completing your insurance qualifications (if you wish to become ACII qualified)
  • Opportunity for progression - if you are looking for a company where you can progress, this is the company for you
  • Free car parking

What skills/experiences do you need to be successful?

  • First and foremost, you love leading people and driving organic growth. Not in a pushy way, but in supported manner
  • You'll have some experience within the insurance sector, ideally within home and motor insurance
  • You enjoy setting and working to targets, whilst having the autonomy to bring fresh ideas into the business
  • Don't forget your personality! We all know how important it is to work hard, however it is just as important to get along with your new colleagues inside and outside of work

Opportunities of this nature do not arise too often within the insurance sector. If you like what you hear but not sure whether to apply, simply give us a call and we will provide you with a little more information to take a read on. Even if you just go and have a coffee with this Broker, you are not fully committing to anything. What do you have to lose?
