The Role

My clients are looking for a Private Client Administrator to provide a high level of administrative support to Financial Advisers and Consultants within the business ensuring that clients receive an efficient service in all dealings within the company.
The successful individual will be processing new business and issuing documents and contract notes utilising the Adviser Office system on behalf of the Financial Adviser to the client. They will need a keen eye for detail and strong background of accuracy as you will be updating and maintaining client records containing data on investable assets and their personal financial situation. As financial situations change you will need to update changes onto each individual client record.

You will also be liaising with investment and insurance companies and platforms to ensure that all matters are brought to an early conclusion as well as responding to client and Consultant requests and dealing with these in a timely manner. You will also be expected to calculate fees and raise invoices in accordance with client agreement as well as other duties as required and requested to ensure the smooth running of the wealth management department and the company as a whole

The Individual

My clients are looking for candidates who have had experience in an financial advisory environment and office, you will also need a background knowledge of the main financial services products these include life, personal pensions and investments.

A key aspect of the business is making their colleagues successful so a willingness to actively develop knowledge, specifically with regard to completing CII Diploma in Financial Planning.
