IDEX Consulting are looking to appoint a proven Recruitment Sales Manager into our London office, where you will take responsibility for the development and growth of a team of experienced consultants.

This is an exciting and newly created opportunity, taking over from the current Managing Director.

Looking after a team of well-established Recruitment Consultants, this position offers the ability to further progress as the business continues to grow, following its already successful thirteen years! Main Responsibilities – Key Deliverables

• Meet and exceed the minimum team objectives set by the business, ensuring maximum personal contributions to the team’s financial goals
• Identify and build relationships with key professionals within your market
• Present a professional and corporate image at all times
• Maintain market knowledge for your specific sector

Main Responsibilities – Accountabilities

• Accountability for team’s performance and income targets
• Full accountability for team’s training needs, including analysis, coaching, training, mentoring and development
• Team forecasting and budgets
• Organise and conduct Consultant 121s and appraisals
• Business/strategic planning for the teams growth
• Manage client relationships in order to gain new business to pass on to the team

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Solid understanding of recruitment and management principles
• People management experience
• Understanding profitability of business and commercial opportunity/success
• Solid knowledge of the market and industry you work within
• Solid negotiation skills
• Strong communication and relationship building skills, with experience of these skills being applied to a technical recruitment environment
• Experience of using modern recruitment technologies
• Highly motivated and capable of working across function and within a team
• Understanding profitability of business and commercial opportunity/success
• Track record of relationship management
