IFA Administrator
Birmingham City Center

We are currently representing a leading Birmingham based IFA practice, who are looking to appoint a technical financial service Administrator to support 2 IFA’s.

Your primary job purpose is to administer Investments, Group Personal Pensions, Executive Pensions, Individual Pensions, SIPPs, Group Life, Group PHI, Individual Life & PHI. Provide client servicing and administrative support to 2 Consultants. You will be asked to update client information on the database and ensure all information on there is correct. There will be standard agreed processes and practices agreed which will ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to, these processes and practises must be followed at all times.

All applicants must have experience within an IFA or Financial Services firm. A working background of utilising Adviser Office is highly desirable but not essential. Applicants must also possess sounds general IT skills and hold at least 5 GCSE’s including Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
