Are you an experienced service focused Commercial Account Executive with superb client retention skills?

A hugely successful and dynamic Insurance Broker, who have a progressive culture are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Account Executive into their team in Manchester to manage an existing portfolio of commercial/mid corporate clients.


What's on offer?


You will be responsible for inheriting an existing portfolio of commercial/mid corporate clients with the focus on retaining the accounts and looking for cross selling opportunities, where appropriate. This is not a new business role, so you will not be expected to generate a significant amount yourself, but naturally you would expect some growth from the account over time through referrals and recommendations. You will also receive new business cases from the Directors and sales team to manage, your involvement in these will be to pick up the relationship, once the client has signed up via the sales/director team.
You will receive a competitive basic salary of up to c£55,000 plus a generous wider benefits package.

The Role


You will provide a unique service tailored to the needs of your clients, ensuring they have the insurance and risk management advice to protect their businesses.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the insurance renewals for an existing portfolio of commercial clients, providing intelligent solutions to their insurance and risk management needs
  • Key to this role is your ability to deliver a high quality, advice led service to your commercial client base, providing insight and technically led insurance advice on how your clients can secure the right insurance coverage
  • Through the delivery of an exceptional service, to generate referrals and recommendations for new clients
  • Working with the new business team to on board new clients they have secured and managing their renewals from then onwards
