As part of their growth plans for 2021, they have spotted a real gap in the market. There are an abundance of clients which fall between the small independent and large global of what they would typically deal with...this is where you step in.

Joining this good sized, regional Broker you will be winning and servicing clients who pay within the £50k - £500k GWP region.

You'll be a well-rounded Commercial Insurance Broker with a background in building rapport with commercial clients of all shapes and sizes. You'll be naturally money motivated and have goals you wish to achieve, not just financially but professionally (this Broker will be able to talk you through some success stories of people they have promoted over the years).

You will be reporting out of their North Yorkshire office and have the flexibility and freedom to operate from home when/where required.

This means you can be based anywhere within commuting distance. Say, Harrogate, York, Leeds etc. However, we must stress to you, this Broker would not want you to feel isolated, they will look to intergrate you in to the team to ensure you feel valued and rewarded for your efforts.

Package wise, this will be negotiable for the right individual. Your base salary will come with a car allowance and an LTIP, bonus and career plan will be designed for you.
