My client is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK wealth management company which distributes a range of investment and retirement products and financial solutions to a high net-worth client base.


The role will support two established partners within the same practice in terms of diary/task management, administration, meeting preparation and client servicing. Additionally the role will manage the back office administration function to ensure the smooth running of the practice on a day to day basis and general business processing.


Therefore the role will be a hybrid PA support/administration role including the following as an example:

PA support/client servicing
Daily PA support for 2 partners
Client event management
Meeting pack preparation
Updating the CRM system for registering and monitoring prospect clients
Managing partners tasks in CRM and managing partners to ensure tasks are completed within required deadlines
Management of practice service level standards
Structuring and planning partners diaries out each week, booking meeting rooms
Managing and monitoring partner's emails
Managing wealth accounts, diarising and issuing to clients on a monthly, quarterly basis as requested
Administration (training will be provided on specific financial services administration requirements)
Creating submission sets
Creating and updating CRM/swift records
Chair and manage practice meetings
Actioning and monitoring allocated tasks on daily basis in CRM and ensuring they are completed by agreed deadlines
Management of all IT systems/hardware requirements
Managing renewal of licences for partners
Scanning/filing
Stationery orders
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Holiday planner management

The successful person for this role will demonstrate the following attributes:
High level of computer literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Explorer
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organisational and planning skills with a methodical approach to their workload
Strong client relationship management skills; the ability to deal with people at all levels
Good communication skills, verbally and written
Resilient and persistent nature; being an effective influencer
Outgoing and positive personality
Reliable and committed to the role
Ability to adapt to last minute changes
Proactive approach to workload and willing to adjust to new tasks as business needs change
