The role:

  • Working here in Birmingham within the affinity team, you will be handling existing business with premium range of up to £500 and large affinity schemes
  • You will be responsible for coaching others, taking referrals and working with the Underwriting Manager to deliver on renewal retention and organic growth targets
  • Prominently underwriting and trading renewals and identifying cross sell opportunities to grow their existing book in line with organic targets

The person

  • Attitude and work ethic is everything. A positive can do attitude and a someone who takes pride is their work and some ownership is essential
