Senior Benefits Consultant

IDEX Consulting are supporting a modern and creative employee benefits consultancy in their search for an experienced Consultant to join their team and due to location of the clients, you will ideally be based around Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire or Hampshire.


Our client are an innovative and dynamic organisation, who specialise in providing high-quality advice, support and solutions to SME organisations, who are looking to modernise their approach to provisioning employee benefits.

As an experienced Consultant, you would be responsible for overseeing an existing portfolio of mid-market clients; holistically advising and supporting clients with group pensions, group risk, health and well-being and benefits technology arrangements.


This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant who's frustrated with the lack of support and technology in their current appointment and looking to advance within a client-centric, and well-invested business, with a rewarding culture.


Responsibilities:

• Service and develop an existing client portfolio; holistically consulting with your clients to understand needs and objectives and align solutions
• Grow the opportunity to identify and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for new business growth within new and existing clients
• Prepare and present communications to clients and employees across full-suite benefits management
• Work to agreed income and new business objectives
• Collaborate and support the group to support the growth and smooth running of the operation

What we're searching for:

• Track record in managing and developing clients, within the employee benefits sector
• Good level of technical knowledge and experience across group pensions, group risk, health and well-being - benefits technology is desirable but not essential
• Able to work remotely with a level of autonomy to achieve quarterly and annual objectives
• Client-centric approach to workload management, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ideally be diploma qualified or working towards, with working knowledge of employee benefits propositions
