Job description
My client is a HNW practice near Alderley Edge. They are looking for an experienced IFA Adminisatrator to join their team.
The Role
- To deal with day-to-day administration involved in servicing clients and writing new business
- In this role you will work closely with a Financial Planner and Associate Financial Planner to service a defined client bank
- Ensure that all company processes are adhered to
- Ensure that all communications are recorded and indexed
- Ensure immaculate and up-to-date records on the back-office system (Curo)
- Manage and maintain a task list within Curo and Outlook
- New business processing, completing forms and submitting to financial product providers
- Producing valuations
- Production of annual planning meeting preparation packs
- General administration and processing
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience suppiorting Financial Advisors
- Ability to demonstrate ownership & independence in previous roles
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise work effectively
- Experience of Curo and SharePoint desirable
- Experience of dealing with demanding clients
- Administration experience
- Experience of dealing with various providers desirable
