A Chartered IFA firm in Birmingham City Centre, the company has experienced steady growth, due to the solid client base of ultra-high net worth clients, and the developed strong relationships because of the wonderful balance of professionalism and friendliness the 3 Directors all have.

You will be working with a team of experienced Administrators and whilst supporting the Directors with all technical back office support.


  • Being the help point for junior members and Advisors on administration and process quires
  • Meeting preparation
  • New business submission
  • Arranging review meetings / diary management for the Wealth Managers
  • Supporting more junior members of staff and checking work for them
  • Providing a high level of customer services to both providers and clients

The firm are looking for an experienced Career Administrator, who can help lead the team. Flexibility to work from home and on hours can be offered.

What's needed for me to be considered? Previous experience working within a similar fast paced financial services environment.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal and attention to detail is essential to succeed.
