Are you a ambitious Paraplanner who is looking to work for a London based firm with a clear route into advice?

Would you be interested in working for a high end, independent firm who provide financial planning and investment management services to high net worth clients and institutions?

If so, this role may be for you...

You will be working in partnership with one of the Senior Directors, who provides independent, holistic, independent advice to private clients on a range of products and services. Their planning proposition as a whole focuses on over servicing their clients to ensure they're building long-term relationships with them based on trust and assist them in achieving their financial and lifestyle objectives.

The role:

  • Attend and participate in client meetings ensuring you obtain the relevant client information during the meeting
  • Ensure all fact finding, file note preparation, suitability report and risk profiling exercises are completed within internal service level agreements
  • Participate in meetings, conferences and seminars applicable to role and following appropriate authorisation
  • Network with external parties to build professional connections
  • Ensure all meeting follow-up work is completed within company timescales
  • Check all new business paperwork prior to submission to ensure it is compliant
  • Maintain competency and technical industry knowledge via continuous professional development
  • Contribute to a positive compliance culture within the business
  • Liaise with support staff to ensure all new business and review fees are reported correctly

You:

  • Diploma qualified with ambition of chartered status
  • Exposure to HNW clients and ability to build solid relationships without being fazed by their wealth
  • Strong focus on delivering high quality client service
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident and competent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with a passion for generating relationships
