£150,000 - £250,000 + opportunity to buy equity

The Role
As a Specialty/ Financial Lines Lead Underwriter Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting and developing a portfolio of UK/ international/ US business in PI/ D&O/ Cyber or associates lines. You will work closely with brokers and clients, helping to identify opportunities, assess complex risks and deliver profitable growth. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of underwriting strategy and portfolio management initiatives.
About You
- Experience underwriting PI, D&O or Cyber business within the Company, Lloyd's or London Market environment.
- Strong analytical and technical underwriting skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective broker relationships
- Commercially minded with a focus on profitable growth.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
