Due to continued growth, a leading insurance business are looking tor a Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and own the recruitment process from start to finish. You will be implementing strategies and processes and managing attraction strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Networking to build a sustainable talent pipeline across multiple departments
  • Full end to end responsibility for recruitment throughout the business
  • Previous experience of successfully building a high performing talent acquisition function in a high growth insurance business
  • Keen understanding of modern recruitment technologies and how to best leverage their capabilities
  • Supporting and up-skilling Line Managers through the recruitment process
  • Facilitate and lead candidate selection events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting information including the management of graduate/trainee/apprentice recruitment
  • Supporting HR with projects and initiatives
  • Proactively leading on diversity and inclusion throughout all recruitment activity
  • Work on future recruitment and headcount needs
  • Looking for new ways to promote the brand and source top talent across a wide variety of roles
  • Providing a professional recruitment service to the business while coordinating the delivery of a cost effective recruitment model

What they need from you:

You will have demonstrable experience of developing and delivering a direct sourcing strategy, ideally gained in an in-house/RPO environment.

Knowledge of the insurance market.

You must have candidate attraction experience; networking sourcing candidates and researching candidate pools via job boards, online databases, social media, referrals.

A demonstrable knowledge of search techniques and subsequent hires using those techniques

Developed and maintained relationships with key business stakeholders and & HR teams.

Experience of life-cycle candidate management, from requisition through to offer management.
