An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected international wealth management and financial planning firm with a strong reputation for delivering tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals, families and professionals.
This is an ideal opportunity for a level 4 qualified financial planning professional looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative and client-focused environment. You'll work alongside experienced Wealth Planners and gain exposure to complex holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning and broader wealth management solutions.
The Opportunity
As a Trainee Wealth Planner, you will support and develop long-term client relationships while working towards becoming a fully established Adviser. The business offers excellent mentoring, technical support and genuine long-term career progression.
You'll be involved in:
- Supporting the delivery of holistic financial planning advice
- Conducting client reviews and fact-finds
- Assisting with pensions, investments and retirement planning recommendations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with Paraplanners and client support teams
- Developing new business opportunities and professional introducer relationships
- Ensuring all advice and client interactions meet FCA and compliance standards
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Level 4 diploma qualified (CII or equivalent)
- Experience within financial planning/wealth management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, client-centric approach
- Desire to progress towards Chartered status
- Knowledge of financial planning processes and suitability reporting
- Experience with cashflow modelling software would be advantageous
