Do you hold the Diploma in Financial Planning and looking to develop into compliance? Are you an individual who has impressive people skills and can develop and train individuals within the business?

My client are a niche, award-winning and client focused business based in the heart of Sheffield who are looking for a Training and Competence Supervisor to join the financial planning arm of the business.

You will be working within a team of 5 Compliance Specialists reporting into the Head of Compliance who monitors the businesses regulatory compliance to the FCA guidelines. Within the role you focus on providing T&C to the team of Advisers which will include oversight, file review and training and development working as the second line of defence within the company. You will be working within the team therefore the need to build relationships with colleagues is key to make sure the outcomes for the clients requirements are met, during the role you will also be expected to deliver feedback to your colleagues and be able to develop their training needs from this.

You will manage the process of T&C therefore be aware of upcoming changes and external influences of compliance within the business function.

You must hold the Diploma in Financial Planning to apply for this role as well as be able to influence individuals at all levels of seniority.

This is a full time position offering flexibility with hours and the opportunity to work from home. In reward for your efforts you will receive a salary of up to £42.000 dependent on experience as well as an exemplar employee benefits including company pension, protection, 25 days holiday.
