A leading IP Firm in London is looking to expand it's regulatory team with the hire of a mid-level associate with a regulatory and/or litigation background within IP, specifically life sciences. This is a niche role for a motivated Lawyer to grow their practice and move towards partnership, with the backing and support of one of the leading firms in the City.
The team itself, headed up by a leading partner in the field, deals with a range of IP regulatory work with top-level clients. The work will involve a number of different contentious and non-contentious regulatory issues with a particular focus on life sciences and pharmaceuticals sector. The culture at this particular firm sets it apart from some of the other players in the market in that it provides it's Associates and Partners with a fantastic work-life balance and a friendly, open-door working environment.
The firm appreciates that this is a niche role, so are looking for applicants from a variety of backgrounds. It's a prerequisite that you are a qualified Lawyer with legal experience in regulatory or litigious intellectual property, however experience may have been gained in-house, in private practice, or a consultancy capacity. Stellar academics are a must, and an enthusiasm for the law and the practice area is necessary for this top-level firm.
