Insurance Customer Service Advisor

We are working with a leading general insurance provider in Royston who are looking to recruit 2 Customer Service Advisors to their small but progressive team.
Joining a friendly and busy team, you will deal with customers on the phone and via email reviewing and processing amendments to policies, making changes to insurance covers and seek opportunities for cross-selling etc. You will deliver and contribute to the effective and efficient running of the branch including managing correspondence, processing renewals, stationery and filing etc.
