Our process is simple;
We will meet with you to obtain a detailed brief of the role, your company’s culture, values and strategic objectives. This provides us with the details required to establish a specification of the ideal candidate.
We will draft a candidate profile for your approval before we begin our search and this will form the basis for initial discussions with candidates.
Thorough research is undertaken to ensure that a full range of potential candidates are considered.
Comprehensive interviews are conducted with suitably qualified candidates and a short-list is delivered to you so you may conduct final interviews. We support our clients throughout the interview process and will be available for final interviews if you would like us to have involvement at this stage. Psychometric tests can also be undertaken where required.
Once you have chosen the ideal candidate, we work with you to negotiate a mutually acceptable remuneration package and maintain contact after employment commences to ensure that in the unlikely event of any preliminary problems they are quickly dealt with.
