Rapid Career Development is available through our quality-driven Career Development Programme, which will outline your career path from Recruitment Consultant through to Business Manager or Sales Director, depending on whether you decide you wish to manage people or continue down a sales career path.
Excellent earning potential is on offer to all who join our business. We offer an extremely competitive base salary and bonus scheme, giving you uncapped earning potential. It is rare in the recruitment industry to pay out 40% commission, and this can (and often is) achieved. There is the opportunity to earn £25,000 - £30,000 in your first year of employment with us.
