We are retained by one of the UK's leading insurance disputes solicitors, who is seeking to grow the coverage disputes team with the appointment of an insurance disputes solicitor who has experience in coverage disputes.

Within this team you will represent the policyholders in complex and high value insurance coverage disputes with their insurers, dealing with some of the biggest cases in the courts right now. Sectors include construction, energy, insurance/reinsurance, property and international risk.

This position is to join a growing team, where you can enjoy a broad range of coverage disputes across a variety of sectors, and have an opportunity to carve out your own area of expertise.

You will:

• Be over 2 years PQE
• Have experience of insurance coverage disputes, including high value and/or complex claims
• Be able to demonstrate experience of contentious policy coverage disputes, as well as litigation, arbitration and other forms of ADR
