I am looking to speak to experienced Litigation Solicitors (NQ to 5 years PQE) with general dispute resolution experience. This is a great opportunity to join an established and experienced team and assist with high profile commercial dispute cases, including construction, product liability, property damage and sports dispute cases. You will work with a variety of clients including public and third sector organisations. You will have knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures. There is also the opportunity to be involved with cross-border matters!
