Paraplanner Manager

An extremely well established and growing Wealth Management practice are looking to make some key strategic hires to facilitate the next stage of their exciting growth plans.

This position would be the manage the Paraplanning Team whilst also having important responsibilities within supporting the administrative function and also Operational duties too. It's a really varied role where you will have a huge input into the success of the business and it's future development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of paraplanners and administrators
  • Perform checks and ensure the highest quality of work
  • Manage work-flow and delegate task to the team
  • Assist with training and development and day to day coaching of team members
  • Gathering and evaluation of MI to improve processes and outcomes


The ideal applicant will have strong paraplanning experience, be a minimum of Diploma level 4 qualified, have strong technical skills and be able to mentor and inspire the team around them. You will be a strong communicator and be able to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
