Platform Administrator

Job description

My client is going through an exciting growing period. They are on a lookout for a Platform Administrator to support them in their growth plans for the future. They are looking to grow their platform team as they envision acquisitions.

They are looking for someone with experience and knowledge of the industry, perhaps admin experience in FS or someone who has experience working in a similar role dealing with wrap platforms or worked with acentric.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring end to end processing, processing work on platform for the team
  • Obtaining info from wrap platform and send to client and third party
  • Checking cash level, chasing transfer payments, ISA and pension
  • Submit to Platform and carry out all the administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in financial administration/ Platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in industry software and platforms, such as CRM systems and document management tools
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure
