Real Estate Senior Associate

Do you have a passion for real estate law and a strong understanding of the energy and infrastructure sector?
We are a leading big 4 legal team in London seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with 6-10 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to play a key role in advising clients on complex real estate transactions with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sector.

About the role

  • Advise a diverse range of clients on real estate transactions related to the energy and infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on clean energy and renewable projects
  • Lead on deal execution, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and managing due diligence processes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider big 4 network, including tax, strategic consulting and equity and debt advisory teams, to provide clients with a holistic service offering
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and commercial developments in the real estate and energy and infrastructure sectors
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm's real estate practice

You are the ideal candidate if you have

  • A strong academic background
  • 6-10 years' PQE gained in a reputable law firm with experience in real estate law
  • Proven experience in advising on energy and infrastructure transactions, with a particular interest in clean energy and renewables
  • Excellent technical and legal skills with a strong understanding of real estate law and relevant regulations
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver high-quality work under pressure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • A willingness to embrace innovation and use technology to improve service delivery
