We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of a significant £500k+ book of public sector business, including clients such as local authorities, housing associations, and education bodies.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established portfolio, drive client retention and growth, and provide strategic risk advice to organisations that play a vital role in our communities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and develop a portfolio of public sector clients with complex risk profiles.
• Lead renewal negotiations and mid-term strategy reviews.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement leads, and decision-makers.
• Prepare and manage tender submissions in line with public procurement frameworks.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across a wide range of insurance lines.
• Work closely with broking, risk management, and claims teams to deliver outstanding service.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Account Executive within commercial or corporate insurance.
• Strong knowledge of public sector insurance and procurement practices.
• Skilled in managing complex, high-value client relationships.
• Technically proficient across key lines of business (e.g., property, liability, casualty).
• Confident communicator with a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
• Cert CII or higher (or working towards).
