What you will be doing
- Leading on strategic pensions advice including benefit design, de-risking, funding, and accounting
- Building strong client relationships, working closely with trustees and senior stakeholders
- Taking ownership of key deliverables including valuations, funding plans, and statutory work
- Reviewing and guiding junior team members, helping shape a high-performing team culture
- Collaborating across investment, risk, and consulting teams on broader client solutions

About you
- Qualified Actuary (or nearly qualified)
- Experience in pensions or transferable actuarial background
- Strong communicator with confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress your career in consulting
