Job description
Idex consulting are searching for a new and exciting position for an admin support for a Business Development Manager within a Pensions firm.
The role will be varied and will include the following:
- Proactively booking appointments to fill the BDM's diary.
- Managing the sales pipeline and preparing meeting packs.
- Following up on business opportunities, including calling from purchased lists and LinkedIn.
- Organising events and webinars.
- Serving as a key contact point for advisors.
Experience in financial services is essential. Pensions experience is highly desirable, with SIPP knowledge being a bonus.
The candidate should have evidence of experience in a similar sales or field support role.
Key attributes include being personable, sincere, and having good organisational skills.
The role has potential to evolve, either by leading a larger support team or by progressing into a junior BDM position.
