Are you ready to take the next step in your financial services career? We're looking for an ambitious and organised Client Wealth Administrator to join a leading Investment Management team in Birmingham. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to Investment Managers while building strong client relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in financial services who is looking to grow personally and professionally. You'll have access to a structured training programme with full support for professional development and qualifications, plus the chance to collaborate with a team of experienced Investment Managers and Financial Advisers.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Coordinating with operational teams on processes such as transfers, static data changes, and corporate actions
- Preparing meeting packs and valuations
- Assisting with the preparation of new business pitches and presentations
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems in line with company policies
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in the financial services industry
- A desire to build a long-term career in investment or financial planning administration
- A strong client service ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of investments, pensions, and life assurance is preferred
- Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths or equivalent
