Client Relationship Adviser

Are you an experienced financial services professional looking for a new challenge in a client-facing role? We're working exclusively with a highly regarded, growing Financial Advisory and Wealth Management firm in Bromsgrove that is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their Customer Care Team.


In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for clients, helping to ensure a high-quality service experience, and supporting the firm's complaint handling and feedback processes. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in technical administration, paraplanning, complaints, or compliance within an IFA or wealth management environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve client queries and concerns in a professional, timely manner
  • Support the complaint handling process, from investigation to resolution
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Keep accurate client records and produce high-quality written reports
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and apply them in day-to-day client support
  • Contribute to internal feedback reviews and service improvements


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in an IFA, wealth management, or financial advice business
  • Background in complaints, compliance, or technical client support
  • Strong written communication and report-writing skills
  • Ideally working towards or already holding the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • A client-first mindset and high attention to detail
