About The Firm
A leading international law firm, renowned for their work within the commercial, technology and media sectors is looking for talented Commercial Lawyers to join its London office, at Associate and Senior Associate level.

About The Role
You'll work with a dynamic team advising clients at the forefront of technology, data, and digital regulation. The practice focuses on commercial contracts, data protection, and digital regulatory issues, particularly across the technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences sectors.

You will build expertise at the forefront of legal innovation while working with the world's leading streaming platforms, social media giants, adtech companies, major publishers, and leading advertisers.

What You'll Do

  • Advise clients on commercial, data protection, and digital regulatory matters.
  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, especially those involving IP, technology, and digital services.
  • Help clients navigate emerging regulations in areas such as AI, consumer protection, cybersecurity, and media.

About You

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or another common law jurisdiction, with 3-5 years' PQE for Associate / 5+ years' PQE for Senior Associate.
  • Strong background in commercial law, data protection, and/or digital regulation.
