Contract Guidewire Lead Business Analyst

Job description

We’re excited to be recruiting a Contract Guidewire Lead Business Analyst for a leading insurer based in London. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting technology and transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Guidewire solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Business Analysis within the insurance sector, specialising in Guidewire platforms, and be comfortable operating in a contract capacity within IR35 regulations. The client are ideally looking for someone to be on-site in the office once a week.

 

Key experience and knowledge needed;

  • Previous experience working as a Lead Business Analyst on a Guidewire implementation programme or similar PAS.

  • In-depth understanding of insurance processes and systems

  • Strong management experience and leading teams of Business Analysts

  • Experience in technology transformation projects

  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
