Someone who can handle £100k+ revenue cases and lift the capability of the wider team.

Because you've got the right leadership behaviours, the role will evolve into Corporate Leader- shaped around your strengths rather than squeezed into a rigid job description.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running and growing relationships with big, complex corporate clients (think clients paying fee income of between £100k-£300k.
  • Raising the game across the wider Corporate team.
  • Sharpening pitch craft and helping (structure and) articulate a stronger risk management proposition
  • Being a genuine strategic voice, not just a handler of renewals

You'll suit this environment if you've come from a grown-up, true corporate style operation where influence matters more than job titles.

This isn't a hyper structured, hyper bureaucratic environment - if you love fluidity and the ability to help shape your own future rather than have it sculpted for you, this could be your jam.

  • Significant experience with large, complex corporate clients
  • The confidence to lead, challenge, coach and elevate those around you
  • A style people respect (not fear)
