A leading New York law firm has an immediate opening for a Corporate/M&A Senior Associate with previous experience. Private equity experience is required. The successful candidate should also have experience in a variety of sophisticated transactional work, including (but not limited to) domestic and cross-border purchase and sale transactions, strategic mergers, leveraged buy outs, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and corporate governance advice. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills are required.
