About the firm
A highly regarded, entrepreneurial London law firm, known for their work in the creative and technology sectors, is looking to hire a Venture Capital Associate to join its growing Corporate practice.
The role
You'll join a market-recognised Venture Capital team, working closely with leading Partners, advising across the full investment lifecycle, in a role focused on high-quality VC and growth company work, advising startups, founders and investors across the full investment lifecycle
The firm advises an impressive mix of high-growth startups, founders, scale-ups, investors and established businesses, and is particularly well known for its work in the creative, technology and innovation-led sectors.
The role offers early responsibility, exposure to high-quality clients and the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on complex and high-profile matters.
About you
- You will have 2-4 years' PQE with solid corporate transactional experience, with exposure to venture capital, growth company or investor-side work preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development
